About My Bio

My Bio

The experience of feeling stuck during emotional distress can be overwhelming. I believe that with the right therapeutic support and evidence‑based interventions, clients can move from a place of suffering toward clarity, stability, and meaningful healing.
I provide clinical services to adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples. My background includes extensive work with diverse populations. I also treat depression, anxiety, grief, relational conflict, occupational stress.
I have specialized experience supporting couples through betrayal and infidelity, helping partners understand the trauma response associated with relational injury, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication.
I earned my Master in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology in 2003, following my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrate evidence‑based modalities tailored to each client’s presenting concerns and treatment goals.
My approach is collaborative and client‑centered. I work closely with each individual to assess their needs, establish clear goals, and determine the therapeutic methods best suited to improving functioning and emotional well‑being. Creating a safe, consistent environment is central to my work, allowing clients to explore their experiences and move toward lasting change.
